چکیده
The purpose of our paper is to apply the state progress checklist from direct outcomes theory a new domain university-to-work transition mediate dyadic win-win relationship between university careers advisors and graduate recruiters. incorporates three endeavour elements - (i) potential, (ii) agendas, (iii) effects; nine themes resources, motivations, interactions, (iv) assumptions, (v) scenarios, (vi) plans, (vii) actions, (viii) outcomes, (ix) reuses. are systematically applied help envision, pursue, achieve mutually beneficial relationships both parties. application as mediator services recruiters offers synergy effects for parties helps overcome pre-existing barriers collaboration communication. Our applies bridge research agendas across education, vocational behaviour, human resource management literature. We identify opportunities foster by aligning their objectives through provision receiving support. These benefits subsequently transcend additional stakeholders, including students, universities, organisations. Moreover, Appendix 1 provides summary sheet offering some potential questions each elements. example not meant be an exhaustive list. Their act starting point discussion action. could initially work this separately before working second time collaboratively.

Win-win Theory for Win-win Success
THE INTELLECTUAL INVENTION THAT SURPASSES ALL OTHERS AS THE MOST BENEFICIAL ADVANCE OF HUMAN HISTORY IS RARELY UNDERSTOOD OR APPRECIATED BY EDUCATED ADULTS. With dire consequences for such neglect, there has been no applause for this wondrous invention, no gratitude for its beneficence, no monuments to hail its priceless influence. Largely overlooked, ignored, or taken for granted, this unceleb...

We study provably effective and efficient data reduction for a class of NP-hard graph modification problems based on vertex degree properties. We show fixed-parameter tractability for NP-hard graph completion (that is, edge addition) cases while we show that there is no hope to achieve analogous results for the corresponding vertex or edge deletion versions. Our algorithms are based on transfor...

Let G be a finite connected graph of order at least two. Two players (a cop and a robber) are allowed to play a game on G according to the following rule: The cop chooses a vertex to stay then the robber chooses a vertex afterwards. After that they move alternately along edges of G, where the robber may opt to stay put when his turn to move comes. The cop wins if he succeeds in putting himself ...

We consider a two echelon supply chain with a single retailer and a single manufacturer. Inventory replenishment policies at the retailer level transmit customer demand variability to the manufacturer, sometimes even in an amplified form (known as the bullwhip effect). When production is inflexible at the manufacturing level, significant costs may be incurred by ramping up and down production l...
